What is considered commercial use?
Commercial use is any individual or organization whose intent is to conduct business or activity for economic profit in or upon the facility, whether or not the income is realized directly (time of the event) or indirectly (sometime in the future). Even if the event is free, it would still be considered commercial if at least part of your intention is to gain clients, exposure, etc.
